The product is not one flat fee with unlimited everything. Your subscription is built from platform access, enabled modules, and capacity where it matters (meetings, payroll, CRM calling, and more).

Do you charge per user?
Platform access is licensed via named user seats and/or concurrent login limits. Some modules add their own rules — for example Payroll is typically priced per active employee, Meetings by concurrent video rooms, and CRM calling by agent seats. Your quote and in-app Subscription screen reflect the actual caps.
Can we enable only some modules?
Yes. ITToolKit is modular. Company Admin and Site Super Admin enable modules, set subscription dates, and configure quotas (meeting rooms, calling agents, employee limits) per tenant.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Enterprise plans include a dedicated database instance. All plans use encrypted connections, role-based access control, and session management with idle timeout policies.
Where do I see my actual limits?
After provisioning, open Subscription Management in the app (Company Admin / Site Super Admin). It shows enabled modules, login seat model, max employees, meeting room quota, CRM calling agents, and subscription end dates.
